It Is What It Is. 3 sites of significance; Kronstadt (Russia) as a part of the Russian revolution 1917 and the rebellion of 1921. Sundsvall (Sweden) where in 1879, one of the first Swedish strikes was organized. Ådalen (Sweden) a demonstration lead to casualties in 1931. Today these sites are solely a part of the rural/ urban landscapes they are situated within. For this piece the field recordings from these 3 sites are applied on top of each other and woven together.
